- To all Amiga users and programmers:
-
- How does anyone expect the Amiga to survive in the home
- computer market when it doesn't even have an Internet Browser available? I
- have left repeated messages on various BBS' and on the Inet via the Freenet
- asking for some kind of browser that I can use for the Inet. I've yet to get
- one that works. The only one that's come close is the "Mosaic_1.x/Amosaic2"
- program which, doesn't fully work on systems with less that OS 3.x.
- I am quite disappointed in the responses to my questions in that I
- just haven't got any straight answers from those in the know.
-
- If anyone knows for sure what's happening out there in regards to my
- questions I would really appreciate some insight as to what's available NOW
- and what's in the works.
-
- Should I give up on my Amiga 2000 for future support ?
-
- Is it possible or even worth the effort to upgrade to OS 3.x?
-
- Is there or isn't there a browser that will work on an A2000 with
- a 2.1 OS ?
-
- Thanks,
- Rick
